Penn Quarter, DC Real Estate

The Penn Quarter neighborhood is often considered a part of the Downtown, D.C. area. In addition new parks and plazas were created including Pershing Park, Freedom Plaza and the Navy Memorial. The Verizon Center, which opened in 1997, has contributed to the robust growth of Penn Quarter.
